We ship your order within 1 business day once your order is confirmed in normal circumstances. Please allow 3-5 business days for dispatch during peak sales periods. All our products are to be dispatched from our warehouses in Melbourne, Australia. You will be provided with tracking information when your order is dispatched.

Please ensure shipping details are complete and correct when you place your order. Changing of shipping details at a later stage may not be accepted. Please note that we cannot deliver all items to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. To avoid your order being cancelled because of invalid address, we highly recommend you use a physical address for delivery purpose.

  1. The delivery fees may subject to changes. The accurate delivery cost will be calculated at the check out page when you place an order.
  2. The above delivery time frames are estimates from our shipping providers only.  Please allow extra shipping time during peak seasons (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas, long weekend etc.)
  3. Express shipping for large/bulky items will be subject to the availability of express courier services in the area.
  4. Rural and remote areas may attract longer shipping times, but we make every effort to choose the fastest delivery partner to your area to ensure we provide the fastest delivery times possible.
  5. We are unable to accommodate custom delivery requests, such as calling in advance or on arrival, scheduling specific delivery dates and times, or leaving the package in a specific location. Such requests can only be accommodated if a customer organises freight collection and services themselves.
  6. Occasionally orders are delivered as multi-piece shipments, and the parcels may arrive at separate times. Please allow an additional 3-5 working days for partial deliveries.
